Shipping and Delivery

All shipping is fully tracked and trace and although we endeavour to deliver to you overnight it can take 7-10 working days to arrive after your payment has been confirmed. If our order has not arrived by then please email info@milanoleatherco.com with your order number and contact details. 

We do not deliver to RURAL addresses or PO BOXES as the couriers do not deliver. So just give us your address of a mate that lives in a town and then you can take over from there.

International orders are shipped using DHL Fedex Priority which are fully tracked and traced. It takes 3 to 5 working days to arrive after shipping. Taking into consideration that it will not get stopped in customs. If our order has not arrived by then please email info@milanoleatherco.com with your order number and contact details. 

Please be advised that every country has different customs laws and your product may incur other charges whilst in transit. Milano Leathers Co is not responsible for these charges. But we will do our best to send it to you the cheapest, fastest and safest way we can.
